What does Prenatal Care look like?
- we will meet every 4 weeks until 28 weeks, every 2 weeks until 36 weeks, and weekly until you deliver

- spacious hour long appointments give us the time to explore nutrition, movement, and questions and emotions that come up for you and your family.
​
- in house blood draws, labs, and standard of care maternal and fetal monitoring (vitals, fetal heart tones, etc.)
​
- referrals when indicated, and after hours support
​
- strong emphasis on prenatal education and creating an empowering birth plan
​
- care that is centered around informed consent. I will share options with you, you choose what is best for your family.
